Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointment Bookings
Appointments can be made online, by phone or by contacting the clinic directly. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate at the time of booking so we can send appointment confirmations, reminders and important pre-treatment information.
For your first appointment, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any required forms and allow time for consultation.
Consultation Requirement
A consultation is required before any treatment recommendation can be made. Booking a treatment does not guarantee that the treatment will be performed on the day. Suitability will be assessed by the practitioner, and treatment may be declined, postponed or modified if clinically appropriate.
Deposits & Prepayment
Some appointments may require a deposit or prepayment to secure the booking. Any deposit requirement will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Deposits may be applied toward the cost of your appointment or treatment.
Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, late rescheduling or non-attendance, as outlined below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. However, late cancellations and missed appointments affect our practitioners and other clients waiting for appointments.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in:

loss of deposit; or

a cancellation fee; or

requirement for prepayment before future bookings.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide notice, this will be considered a no-show.
No-shows may result in loss of deposit or a no-show fee. Future appointments may require full prepayment before booking.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full appointment fee may still apply.
If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
Refunds
Consultation fees, treatment fees and completed services are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Prepaid packages, deposits or prepaid treatments may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Refund requests will be considered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Health & Safety
Please contact the clinic before your appointment if you are unwell, have a fever, active infection, cold or flu symptoms, recent illness, active skin infection, or have recently undergone another cosmetic or medical procedure.
For safety reasons, treatment may be postponed if you are not suitable on the day.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Acu Aesthetic Wellness Clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not appropriate, safe or in your best interest.
